Angie Hanson
My name is Angie Hanson. My husband Jeff and I have lived in Kasson since 1998. We have three very busy children. Nicole, our oldest in a senior at K-M, Kayla is in seventh grade, and John is a fifth grader. Soon after Kayla was born I had the joy of being able to stay at home for many years with my children. During that time I kept busy doing part-time and back-up daycare. I spent much of that time volunteering at church as a Sunday school teacher, VBS coordinator, confirmation group guide, and chaperoned many youth trips including two service trips. I have also served on many commissions at St. John's including Youth and Family, Education, CKP board and the Church Council. I also volunteered weekly in the elementary school for many years. I helped with substituting at Creation Kids when Kayla and John attended the preschool. I began working as an assistant teacher in 2005 and have loved the opportunity to foster a Faith and Love of Jesus in the young hearts of the children.

Rhonda Johnson
My name is Rhonda Jonelle (Hammer) Johnson. I grew up in a very small town in northwestern Wisconsin, and graduated from UW-Stout in 1984 with a degree in Early Childhood Education. After getting married and moving to Rochester, I taught preschool for 2 years at The Learning Tree Child Care Center, and then quit teaching to start our family. When the boys were young, I taught 2 days per week with the Early Explorers Preschool at KM Nursery Group until our daughter was born. In 1999, I was one of 4 people who worked to begin a new mission - Creation Kids Preschool. It has been a real blessing and joy to see how our program has grown over the years. I now teach the afternoon 4-5 year old class Monday through Thursday.
My husband, Allan, works at IBM and is also active in community band, church choir, and various church commissions. We have 3 children: Paul (23), Eric (21), and Heather (18). Paul graduated from Iowa State University with a Business degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He is currently driving bus for First Transit and running his own Lawn Care business in Burnsville / Apple Valley. His wife, Paige, is a graduate student in law school at the U of MN. Eric is a senior at St. Olaf College in Northfield, majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics. Heather is a freshman at MSU Mankato, majoring in Dental Hygiene. We have a wonderful Miniature Schnauzer dog named Jake. Our home is northeast of Mantorville on 3+ acres with a big yard and maple woods and lots of flower gardens. In the summer, we like to go camping and visiting our families back in Wisconsin. My favorite hobby is flower gardening, and my favorite food is chocolate.
